This is the first post on the redesigned site.

The previous version was a single static index.html — fine for getting something online, painful for adding anything beyond it. This one is built on Astro, so each post is just a markdown file and the rest of the site stays out of the way.

What changed

• Sticky-sidebar layout inspired by Brittany Chiang
• Categorized tech stack page inspired by Hein Soe
• A stone + amber palette so it doesn’t look like every other dev portfolio
• All the interactive niceties: spotlight cursor, hover-dim cards, scroll-spy, view transitions
